The Finance Reveal wants everyone to be able to read and use our content, including people who rely on assistive technology. This statement describes our approach to accessibility and how to reach us if you run into a barrier.
Our approach
We aim to follow widely recognized accessibility guidance, the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), at a level that makes the site usable for as many people as possible. We treat accessibility as part of building the site well, not as an afterthought.
What we work toward
Across the site we aim to provide clear and consistent navigation, readable text with sufficient color contrast, headings that describe the structure of a page, descriptive text alternatives for meaningful images, labels on form fields, content that works with a keyboard alone, and a layout that adapts to phones, tablets, and desktops. Our calculators and interactive tools are built to be operable without a mouse where possible.
Ongoing work
Accessibility is continuous. As we add pages, tools, and features, we test and refine them, and we fix issues as we find them. Some older content or third-party elements may not yet meet every standard, and we work to improve those over time.
Tell us about a problem
If you encounter a part of the site that is hard to use with assistive technology, or any other accessibility barrier, please let us know. Email accessibility@thefinancereveal.com or use our Contact page, and describe the page and the difficulty. Your feedback helps us find and fix problems we may have missed, and we will do our best to provide the information you need in a format that works for you.
