DMCA Policy

The Finance Reveal respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. This page explains how to notify us of claimed copyright infringement and how we respond.

Our content

The articles, guides, calculators, graphics, and design on this site are original works created for The Finance Reveal or used with permission. If you believe we have published material that infringes your copyright, please tell us using the process below and we will look into it promptly.

Filing a notice

To report claimed infringement, send a written notice to dmca@thefinancereveal.com that includes the following: your contact information; a description of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed; the URL or location of the material on our site; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law; a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or are authorized to act on the owner’s behalf; and your physical or electronic signature.

How we respond

When we receive a valid notice, we will review it and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material in question. We may also notify anyone who posted the material so they can respond.

Counter-notice

If you believe material of yours was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice to the same address with your contact information, identification of the removed material and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake or misidentification, and your signature. We will review counter-notices and may restore the material in line with the law.

Repeat infringers

We may, in appropriate cases, restrict or remove users who repeatedly infringe the rights of others. For any questions about this policy, contact us through our Contact page.
